keydoWhat KeydoClick does
KeydoClick is Windows software that plays mechanical-keyboard sounds in response to your key presses. The desktop product is designed to process keyboard activity on your device. It does not need the contents of what you type to provide its sound features.
Information we collect
When you send feedback through this website, we collect your message, feedback type, optional email address, optional screenshot, and basic technical request data needed to operate and secure the service. The typing demo processes your input in your browser to calculate the displayed typing statistics; the website does not submit that demo text to us.
Purchases
When paid access becomes available, Creem will act as merchant of record and process checkout, payment, tax, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. We may receive the customer and transaction details needed to deliver the license, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain purchase records. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
How we use and retain information
We use information to provide and secure KeydoClick, respond to support and feedback, deliver purchases, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, including applicable accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention requirements.
Sharing and your choices
We share information only with service providers needed to host, secure, support, and sell KeydoClick, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
